ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE APPROVAL FORM

To request approval to commence building, exterior remodeling, landscaping, painting or construction of any wall, awning, Ramada, room addition or other structures on your property, please complete this form and submit it in “duplicate” to the Chairman of the Architectural Committee.  You will receive a decision within 30 days of submission (see 4, 5, and 6 of Desert Meadows II Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) (CC&Rs) for details).

It is the responsibility of the owner to secure any Pima County Permits.  According to the CC&Rs, it is necessary to include a note from any neighbors impacted by your project.
