The DMII Governing
Documents provide the structure to ensure that our neighborhood provides a
consistent appearance and quality of life for all our Homeowners.
The documents are consistent with applicable Federal, State and County
mandates.
The two governing
documents include the By-Laws and the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions.
BY-LAWS:
The By-laws govern our Association.
The responsibilities and duties of the Board of Directors and the various
committees are covered in this document.
Our Current By-laws were Amended February 4, 2011.
C C & R s:
The CC&Rs are a contract between the Association and its members and
identify the obligations duties and responsibilities of the Board of Directors,
the committees and you, the members. The CC&Rs
constitute a legal document filed with Pima County, State of Arizona. The current By-Laws
and CC&Rs were revised and adopted by a vote of the members of the Association
at the February 4, 2011 Annual Meeting.
Please read, review
and refer
to the following By-Laws
and CC&Rs for any issues that you may deem necessary to bring to the attention
of our Board of Directors, either now or in the future.
