GREEN VALLEY, AZ, HOME TO DESERT MEADOWS II, INC. IS JUST 25 MILES SOUTH OF TUCSON, AZ. We are located in the Sonoran Desert, an arid region halfway between Tucson and the Border town of Nogales, Mexico. Our “HOA” (Homeowners Association) consists of 208 Single Family Homes with some of the greatest views of our Santa Rita Mountain Range. We experience about 300 days of sunshine a year and our 2900 foot elevation provides us with cool evenings and lower summer temperatures. We have both Private and Public Golf Courses and thanks to Green Valley Recreation – we currently have over 14 different Community Centers – providing all our resident GVR Members – access to Swimming, Exercise, a wide variety of Sports and Hobby areas.
